About Top to Tail Dog Grooming

Hi, I'm Louise, before I set up Top to Tail Dog Grooming in 2015, I had worked in a busy multi-groomer salon for 5 years. Whilst this style of salon is fine for many dogs, it didn't create the calm 121 feel that I wanted for my own business. 

I always spend some time putting your dog at ease, before giving them a lovely warm bath and blow-dry, using only the very best, professional grade natural products and equipment.

Once they are dried, they will move into the clipping area where I will style your dog to your requirements, working within the dog's parameters at all times. Working this way ensures a 121 experience for your dog when they are with us, we do not have cages in the salon and your dog doesn't hang around waiting to be groomed once they arrive.

I have the ICMG Certified Advanced Salon Professional and ICMG Certified Professional Groomer qualifications and I am a member of the International Professional Groomers Inc. and uphold the Code of Ethics that comes with this membership, please see our code of ethics page for more information on this, I also hold a Dog First Aid Qualification so you know your pet will always be in safe hands whilst in my care.

Not all dogs enjoy being groomed but we make sure every dog that is entrusted to us is treated with respect and love, we are happy to take on nervous dogs (and owners) and to work with you to make their experience as stress-free as possible.
