I took my rescue cavalier king charles to Louise today for a full groom. He is usually absolutely awful around strangers and it normally takes weeks of perseverance just for him to allow you to stroke him. We explained this and she was amazing with him, and to our surprise he went off quite happily.
When we picked him up he was like a different dog. He has had the most gorgeous cut and smells amazing. But most importantly he had obviously really enjoyed it. He had a huge smile and his little tail has been going non stop. One very happy dog and owner!!!

Having been a professional groomer for a very long time, I was very fussy about who I'd let work on my little darlings :)
Having seen numerous examples of Louise's work and the happy responses from dogs and owners, I booked Banjo in for his first groom.
I was not disappointed, he looked amazing and was as happy as could be. The same with Sophie...
I give Top to Tail the highest recommendation for any breed/type of dog, they'll be in good hands.

I would highly recommend Louise. Been taking my dog to Louise for grooming since Bella's 1st groom. Louise was very patient and good with Bella and as a result Bella loves going there. Bella is my first dog that has needed to go to a groomer so I was very anxious in the beginning, but we have only ever had positive experiences with Louise and I am very happy to leave Bella in her capable hands.

Took my Cockapoo (Obi) to Louise today, it was his first appointment to a new groomer & I was feeling a bit anxious at how he would be as he can be a bit nervous & to my delight Louise instantly got down on the floor with him & made every effort to make him feel at ease when we got in the room. I especially like the fact that it's a 121 basis, so only my dog was in the salon whilst he was being groomed, which makes it a whole lot calmer. As well as the groom, Obi had the Spa Package for an extra £5 which was a blueberry facial, my daughter found that very amusing lol. Anyhow, the whole process took an hour & half & when he walked out too me, my heart melted, he looked & smelt amazing. Thank You Louise for giving Obi the perfect groom & for making him feel special. I'm Looking forward to returning. I highly recommend xx
